TRANSPORTATION
Destination Houston offers a wide variety of transportation services to meet the needs of groups, from airport transfers to large shuttle movements in the Houston area. We partner with some of Houston’s top transportation providers and offer a level of service that ensures your program’s success. All equipment used are late model vehicles, ranging in size from luxury sedans to large motorcoaches.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS
Transportation in vehicles based on group size and arrival times

Staff to make sure each attendee is met and escorted to the vehicle

- Meet & Greet Coordinators to meet arriving passengers on arrival in baggage claim and assist them in boarding the vehicle for transfer to their Houston destination.
Bottled water on request (additional cost) for arriving passengers

- This is greatly appreciated by passengers who are arriving after long international flights.
Manifest preparation and management

When provided with passenger flight information, we will incorporate into a working manifest which will show:
- Vehicle assignments based on arrivals times (no more than 15 minute gaps are suggested when assigning vehicles)
- Estimated costs based on vehicle assignment.

The Destination Houston staff will use the manifests on the day of arrival to ensure that all passengers are met and escorted to their vehicles
- Cell phone numbers are appreciated for calling or texting in the event that folks cannot be found.
- Destination Houston will have a dispatch assigned on the day of arrival to help with any assistance required.
- Manifest updates and changes are done at no cost. Our goal is 100% success and we understand the nature of airline travel.
- During the day of arrival, our dispatch and Meet & Greet team will monitor flight schedules and make adjustments as needed to vehicle assignments

AIRPORT DEPARTURES
Transportation for departing groups will be assigned so that passengers will arrive at the airport 1 hour prior to scheduled time of departure on a domestic flight and 2 hours prior to scheduled time of departure on an international flight.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
- We can coordinate continuous shuttle transportation for groups of any size, whether attending a convention or social event.
- There are minimum vehicle time requirements for each session.
- Signage for the program can be provided by client or Destination Houston.
GROUP TRANSPORTATION
- Whether a social outing or business conference, we can provide transportation for groups from 1 to 1,000+
- On site staff can be provided to ensure that the program flows smoothly, including adhering to a schedule and assisting passengers.
- Food and beverage can be provided based on client requests.
TOURS
- As one of the leading operators offering customized group tours in Houston, transportation is provided in deluxe, air-conditioned vehicles based on the size of the group.
- Vehicles are equipped with PA systems that allow our certified tour guides to provide entertaining, educational narration for some of the tours.
PLANT TOURS
- Better served by smaller minibuses, we can provide transportation for plant tours throughout the Houston area.
- We’ll provide driver information for security clearance whenever necessary.
CHARTERS
- We can assist with transportation for out of town trips from Houston to destinations throughout Texas.
- For distances exceeding 100 miles one way, trips are considered CHARTERS.
- Trips can be for same day pick-up and drop-off or overnight stays.
- Vehicles will be at group’s disposal throughout the trip.
- Pricing will include mileage, hourly service, and driver meals and accommodations, if applicable.
