Listed below are some Tour Programs "Need to Knows" that may help when you are planning your group's Destination Houston experience.
TOUR RESERVATIONS
Tours must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and are based upon the availability of the venue or activity of interest. Destination Houston recommends that you make tour plans at least 30 days in advance.
GROUP SIZES
Tours can be reserved for small groups of twelve or more to large corporate tours. Tours are conducted in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles and hosted by knowledgeable, friendly tour guides.
TOUR LOGISTICS
Careful planning and coordination of each component are critical to the program’s success and enjoyment. Some components are optional (tour guide, venue admissions, meals) and impact the per person price.
TOUR PRICING AND PAYMENT
Tours are priced on a “per person” basis and pricing is determined by group size, hours of service, and included components. Pricing ranges from $35 to $250 per person.
