After you have selected the tours please make sure you include how many adults (and children, where applicable) you are registering on the input line below the day’s itinerary. You can select multiple tours and you will receive an email from Destination Houston confirming we have received your information that includes a link to our secure credit card payment processing page.

Destination Houston is the sole vendor for all Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. sponsored tours taking place during the 2018 Boule. Tours are scheduled for July 6-11, 2018. A minimum number of participants are required for each tour. If the minimum is not reached by June 15, 2018, your tour may be cancelled. If your tour is cancelled by Destination Houston, Destination Houston will notify you by e-mail at least 7 days before the tour. You will then be reimbursed by Destination Houston no later than 72 hours after the cancellation. The deadline for both registering and canceling tours is June 15, 2018. Cancellation requests made four business days prior to the tour will be reimbursed at 100% of the cost. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour will be reimbursed at 50% of the tour cost. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour will not be reimbursed for the tour cost. No refunds will be given after the deadline date. Registrations made on site will be processed by staff at least 1 hour prior to the tour departure pending availability. Handling fees for credit card and PayPal payments are 3%.
