ABOUT THE OWNER
In January of 2012, David Valenti became the exclusive owner of Destination Houston. David has spent his entire career in the Hospitality Industry, 22 years with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. During his tenure with Hyatt, he served as the General Manager of the Houston Airport property. His path to GM was through the Rooms Division which is heavily focused on service delivery and customer satisfaction. David has a keen understanding and compassion for the needs of the clients, which sets the tone for the service philosophy of Destination Houston.
A resident of the Woodlands since 2001, David has served on the Board of Directors for the Houston Hotel Association and was part of the community that helped showcase Houston for the Super Bowl in 2004.
